North Texas Resilience Coaching

Health and Wellness coaching for adults who want a clear, sustainable plan to build resilience and push back against decline.

How we work

North Texas Resilience Coaching focuses on simple and sustainable changes in movement, nutrition, and stress management.

We establish a strong foundation first, then progressively build capacity.

We work in phases: Reset->Rebuild->Resilience.

After every session, you leave with 2-3 clear daily actions. They’re simple and practical. In total, they take about 5-10 minutes, once or twice per day.

  • This phase consists of four coaching sessions. The first session is a deep dive into your current habits including sleep, movement, stress, nutrition, and rest/recovery.

We identify the biggest common denominators driving your current outcomes. Then we establish 2-3 simple daily actions.

You implement them in a simple routine that takes little effort with high reward.

We monitor and adjust as we go. The goal is to build momentum, confidence, and clarity.

  • Once your baseline is stable, we build capacity.

We refine movement patterns, expand workload safely, and continue improving stress tolerance.

This is where confidence grows and results compound.

  • When you’re in control, we shift to maintenance and progression.

One session per month to recalibrate, adjust daily actions, and continue building long term capacity.

This is where you begin to exceed your own expectations. You’re in the drivers seat. I guide and course correct.

Who this is for

  • You’re recovering from a scare or diagnosis and want to take control.

  • You haven’t exercised in years and need a structured place to start.

  • You’re doing a lot right but something still feels off.
